Drumuri inchise in judetul Tulcea. Codul Portocaliu, prelungit pana pe 1 martie
Codul Portocaliu de temperaturi scazute a fost prelungit pana joi, 1 martie. Dupa 24 de ore de vreme rea, mai multe drumuri nationale si judetene din Tulcea au fost inchise.
